I see always this Pages are Up to Date with CDBurnerXP iam sure Chip.de make a Permanent Mirror for You and make a try to get a Account @ download.cnet.com to use this to host your Files i use this some Years and have many Files in my Cnet Account so i get many Newsletter after Program Updates from this...

We can host one mirror for you but for the upgrade we need to do it manually because, at the moment, we can't create an account for you.

Besides the HTTP download, would it be an option to provide a torrent? I think that the option was already once discussed and discarded? I hope not.

If so, I will join the Seeders team of each 'release', if you make a RSS feed of the releases it will even be automatically download by my uTorrent and automatically uploaded with up to 500 kB/s. I will provide a 500 kB/s Seed.

I'm afraid that the normal provider 'home' accounts (http://www.provider.ext/home/~username) are not an option because they are very limited, and that there is no easy way for FTP.

Maybe think about it. There is also an option for users who dont have a bittorent mechanism or client installed. Like: http://www.torrent2exe.com/

Because of the increasing demand of CDBurnerXP and the fact that a couple of mirrors have ceased to exist, we'd need a couple of additional download mirrors.
Please let me know if you would like to offer a mirror. Expect 3TB/month of traffic and we need an FTP account which can be used to upload new releases in an automated fashion.
