  1. Hi. I'm using CDBXPP 3.0.116 in Windows XP to burn data DVDs with a Freecom DVD+/-8J9. The DVDs I usually use are Imation DVD-RW (4.7GB, 120min, 4x compatible), and I've had no problems whatsoever. Now today I bought some new DVDs which are Imation DVD-RW (exactly the same as before, just in a slightly different coloured box) and everytime I try to use them I get the following errors: Writing Error: (3) Error occured writing data to disc Writing error of unknown origin (1005). Error Sense Data: SENSE KEY: 3 ASC: C ASCQ: 0 and occasionally: Writing Error: (3) Error Growng last DVD session. A incompatible parameter field was sent to the drive (1023). Error Sense Data: SENSE KEY: 5 ASC: 26 ASCQ: 0 I've tried uninstalling CDBXPP and restarting but nothing. I even successfully wrote one of my usual DVDs inbetween two failed writes with the new ones. I don't if it means anything, but in My Computer the drive is identified as 'DVD-RW (E: )' while empty, but changes to 'CD Drive (E: )' when a DVD is in it. Something seems to have taken a dislike to these DVDs, but I don't know what. Any help would be great. Thanks!
  2. I'm using Version 3.0.113 to burn an audio CD. When I start CDBXP, I can choose from the menu Data/DVD, Audio and CD Ripper, but when I click Audio I get the following error message: The DVD part of the program works fine with the burner I have, it's just when I try to do Audio CDs. Is there any way around this? Thanks
