  1. Intel and ATI drivers updated I modified the first post to provide new links
  2. As far as I know Intel driver is the same for both 32 and 64 bit os windows. I checked setup file and it's the same as well
  3. Flo, main page for Intel is http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product ... uctID=2101 (Just select O/S) Main page for AMD is http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx (click on Motherboard link and select O/S) P.S. I tested AMD drivers too and they worked
  4. I decided to write this topic to help all users with "SATA drives" and "No compatibility drive" message Just install this pack: Intel Chipset - XP & Vista & 7 http://downloadmirror.intel.com/17882/a08/IATA89CD.exe AMD Chipset - XP http://files.3dnews.org/pub/drivers/ati ... 4_raid.exe AMD Chipset - Vista & 7 http://files.3dnews.org/pub/drivers/ati ... 4_raid.exe After one or two system resets (depending on Windows version), CDBurnerXP should be able to detect and use your burner properly :) I tested it with several notebooks (mainly HP Pavilions) and the trick works like a charm Hope to be useful, P. P.S. Flo, please make this thread sticky
  5. Solved installing Intel Matrix Storage Driver
  6. No compatible drives using new HP Notebook model dv7-1298el Drive hame is: PIONEER DVDRW DR-TD08HB ATA Device :(
  8. same problem here with Optiarc ad-7560s installed on Acer Aspire 6930 we really need a fix or workaround for all those drivers incompatibilities... you are loosing a lot of possible users
  9. I found something strange. The drive is listed in the compatible drives list so I don't understand why it says "no compatible drives" here: http://cdburnerxp.se/en/testeddrives?search=633 Is it a bug?
  10. Thanks for the answer, flo Any eta for engine new release? In the meantime is it possible to use some kind a workaround to make the drive recognized by CDBXP as another supported drive?
  11. Hello, I'm trying to install CDBurnerXP on a new Pavilion DV7-1110EL with Vista 32Bit but the dvd rw unit is not recognized. Drive is described as "TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633L ATA Device" The software gives "No compatible drives". I also tried with latest dev build 1164 but same results. On same PC other tools like Nero or Infrarecorder work fine with the unit. Any workaround or fix for that? Any way to force the use of the drive? I love CDBurnerXP and I don't want to use another burning software
  12. A little feature I'm missing from Nero: is it possible to add an option to have drive automatically opening when I click on "burn disc" and the drive is empty? Thanks a lot
  13. I agree with the suggestion to be able to select the number of copies. It would be a real time-saver
  14. Thanks for the support, J@Nche I think that the best way is to have a first Wizard when you start CDBXP with: 1) Copy Disc 1:1 (with the ability to specify the number of copies) 2) Create Data Disc 3) Create Audio/Video Disc
