  1. All, Recently there is a lot of post related to Windows 7 (32/64bit) and drive incompatibilities. If you are impacted by this issue and you are running laptop based on Intel platform, prior to putting name of your device here as the new topic please do following: - check if latest version of CD Burner XP is installed - check if you can't see device in all options in CD Burner XP: data, audio, tools (e.g. erase disc) - if you can't see it only in data mode, check in device manager (go to Win key+E, click RMB on Computer, select Properties, click Device manager, expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers) and check if your controller is Intel ICHM9M or similar - if yes then go to this post by eraque and try to apply the fix posted here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7941&start=30#p29562 - this solved a problem for many of others users of this application If your device is not seen in any of options in CD Burner - you may want to try to apply this fix as well. Then just add name of your drive in above bug post. Good luck, R
  2. look at this thread: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7941 if you are running W7 and Intel - this could be the answer for you.
  3. Try workaround from here, if you have Intel platform: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7941&p=29579#p29562 This solved my issue.
  4. Try workaround from here (Eraque post), if you have Intel platform: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7941&p=29579#p29562
  5. Same problem with HP HDX 16 with BLR/DVD RW: HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW CT10L. It is not recognized for data burning, but visible in erase option, audio option etc. I am running Win7 Ultimate x64. And just couple of minutes ago I have applied fix recommended by "Eraque" (Thx!) and now CDburnerXP works fine. I just wonder where bug lies...
  6. I have HP HDX 16 with BLR/DVD RW: HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW CT10L and it also is not recognized. Was also not working on prior version. Solution posted under this topic: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6874&start=15 doesn't help. Neither uninstalling and installing device again. My drive is listed as compatible in the list of compatible drives, but there is the problem somewhere. Nero works fine.
