Hi Flo, I did try enabling the logging but after failing the log doesn't contain any useful information, it just ends saying: StarBurn:StarBurn_DownShut(): EXITing with success However it's very easy to reproduce the fault On any version of Windows just temporarily disable all your DVD drives in Device Manager and run cdbxpcmd.exe --burn-data -file:C:\test.txt -iso:C:\test.iso That will fail miserably. PS note that your latest setup program still contains a cdbxpcmd.exe with version info, I don't know whether that's somethnig for you to worry about). Cheers. Rob
