  1. thanks...i did all that. finally decided to scrap the program and use windows, it was a whole lot easier
  2. i have been using cd burner xp for years. i recently installed it on my new toshiba laptop but it will not recognize my drive. i have a (dvd/rw) DVDRAM GT20F. it burns with windows media player, so i know it works. i have looked at a majority of the solutions you have posted, but still i'm at a dead end. anyone have any ideas??
