    I have burned a video to a DVD - R disc on my PC and it plays back on my PC but will not play on any other player. Other players show a screen with "INTERVIEW .MP4" and two screens one says "01.\" the other "01 . INTERVIEW" with a red triangle. When I try to play I get the message "UNSUPPORTED FORMAT" Please help, I am tearing my hair out over this, Thanks
