can't access drive

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to burn a video (.mp4) file on a dvd, but when I try CDBurnerXP says that it can't access the directory

I tried relocating from my desktop (disk C:) to Disk D:,but it didn't work

I went to where I put the video and I can access it no problem, and with that verified that it does exist/isn't deleted

I don't know what to do next, how t solve the problem.
