Should CDBurnerXP be able to write index 00 to a CD?

Recommended Posts

I have successfully written many audio files to  CD using cue sheets with this format:

REM Created by CueListTool
TITLE "CD Title"
FILE "File name" WAVE
  TRACK 01 AUDIO
    TITLE "Track 1 title"
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
  TRACK 02 AUDIO
    TITLE "Track 2 title"
    INDEX 00 mm:ss:ff
    INDEX 01 mm:ss:ff
  TRACK 03 AUDIO
    TITLE "Track 3 title"
    INDEX 00 mm:ss:ff
    INDEX 01 mm:ss:ff

However, when I use CDBurnerXP 4.5.6.5844 to write an audio disc, there are no index 00 marks on the CD. Should CDBurnerXP be able to write these index marks?

Regards,

Dave.

CDBurnerXP won't write any index marks, but it can use CUE shetts to split a single audio file into multiple tracks (if that is what you are looking for).
