Putting files in order

I read the faq and I saw that the app will not put audio files in any order but alphabeticaly! They recommended to use a prefix like 01,02,  etc and the file would fall in order.    That did not work for me.   I found out, while I added the prefix 01,02,03 etc. the program put things in a different order!  I figured this out.  The date for the last modified ruled the order of the files.  I had to open up Audacity and import each mp3 and save it it again and then the modify was in chronological order!  I modified each mp3 and saved it over the last file.  And this worked.  I hope this helps someone!
