PC doesn't boot after install

I installted CDBurnerXP on two pc's and both can't manage to start anymore. 
One on is no recovery point, so i have to boot from an other System and delet the data on my own. 

Please help me wich data i have to delet, so my Windows 7 32bit will start normaly.

The safe mode doesn't boot too.

I don't think there is much CDBurnerXP which CDBurnerXP does and could cause such issues. I could only imagine the admin drive access to be relevant. In this case you would have to delete StarOpen.sys from the Windows system / drivers directory.
