Dual Audio ogm format -> mpg

Recommended Posts

Guest DUDER

I tried following the instructions for converting files with TMPGEnc and then making an ISO then burning that to a dvd. It worked wonderfully...

Unfortunately I had some problems when playing back the newly created mpg's. The audio was really fuzzy, in the japanese of the two audio and no subtitles were showing up. I was wondering how i might separate the two audio streams and then take the video from the ogm and the english audio to create my mpg's. Please let me know if you have an solutions to this problem. I'll try checking with the TMPGEnc site. thank you.

I have now found that TMPGEnc does not support dual audio. For those of you out there who might have these problems, say you have an anime and it has japanese and english audio streams. you will have to use a program called virtualdubmod to create an avi file and then use TMPGEnc to make an mpg. be sure to create the avi with ONLY ONE of the audio streams. this is all explained here :

you can get the downloads and the tutorial all right from this site. so good luck and have fun!
