Having used DVD Shrink 3.2 to rip a home video DVD, I used CDBXP Pro 3.0.116 to burn a Fujifilm DVD-R, following Olier Raby's detailed instructions at http://www.abacom.com/~oraby/BackingUpD ... ndex.html.

About 19.5 min later, CDBurnerXP gave me the message that "The writing process is successfully completed at 1.0x - 1385 kB/sec". I started PowerDVD and clicked Play; the playback commenced from the 2nd of the two programs that had been on the orginal DVD. Using Windows Explorer to compare the VIDEO_TS folder on the new DVD with the one on the hard drive created by DVD Shrink, I found the latter contained 3.73 GB in 11 files, the former (on the new DVD) only 2.73 GB in 10 files. The one file not transferred was VTS_01_1.VOB. Any ideas what went wrong?
