How can this be implimented?

I want my videocam hooked up straght to the program?

Is there any way you can do this?

Yes, this is one of the things it should do. For that you first have to record (save as avi-files) your videos on harddisk. Do you know how that works?

I'm not quite sure, I'm still learning.

If you mean AVI/DivX, I don't have that, but I do have Qucktime's MPEG4 codec, and I just downloaded the VidX decoder.

If you don't already have a program for capturing video, take this:
