Files bigger than 2GB?

Recommended Posts

Why CDBurnerXP lets me burn ISO discs with files bigger than 4GB? Aren't files limited to 2 GB in ISO 9660 file systems?

BTW, Nero doesn't let me burn such files and tells me that I have to use UDF..

thanks

It these are ISO 9660 limits, CDBurnerXP probably won't burn it as well. CDBurnerXP currently does not allow mastering UDF DVD's, so for the moment, it will not be possible.

But CDBurderXP WILL burn it! I'm wandering why it is breaking the ISO9660 standard..?!
