Problem Launching CDBurnerXP Pro

Before I begin, I'd like to state that I have a NEC 3250A DVD Drive and a Toshiba DVD/CD Drive that I am trying to use with CDBurnerXP Pro.

Everytime I launch CDBurnerXP Pro, I instantly get a Common Language Error screen such as the following, but sometimes the numbers do change:


I've read tried searching these forums for an answer, but I haven't found a solution. I even attempted to reinstall .NET 1.1 (and patches) and .NET 2.0 with the help of this thread located here.

And reinstalling does not work. I'd really love to use this free burning software, but it seems I can't.

Anyone have a solution for me?
