Crash in WinnXP

Recommended Posts

Guest EPuente

I Installed version 2.2.8 in WinXP professional. I start the application, when I select the type of disk in the starting New Compilation window, the program crashes. There is no error message, the system does not crash, just the program crashes.

I logged in as the computer administrator, but I also tried with the Nero application for granting burning rights.

I already uninstall the application, downloaded the installer again, and re-install the appplication.

The program keeps crashing.

Thanks for any help!!!!

We know this problem. Please wait for next major version, this should provide a fix or install version 2.2.9, maybe that helps too.

I uninstalled previous version 2.2.8, I installed version 2.2.9 following the "manual" procedure suggested by a user on Jun 20, 2004.

The program keeps crashing.

Many thanks

I have the same Problem with Version 2.2.8 and 2.2.9: I can start the programm and after selection of the disc-type for a new compilation it shows the window for searching ...IDE, USB, SCSI ... drives. Then the application crashes, without any error or informations.

My configuration is: Win XP Home; 1,8 GHz-Processor; 768 MB RAM; Standard IDE-Controller and LG-GSA 4082b (what is in the tested list).
