[C] File browser refresh error - 4.0.013.220

When browsing for files to add to a data disc I decided to rename the folder I was about to select files from. I renamed the folder in the left hand pane of the file browser.

This happened successfully, but then when I selected the files in the right pane of the file browser and dragged them into the CD compilation I got an error about "folder not found".

I suspect you have an error regarding not refreshing the file browser when file system events occur.
