I am having the same error and I have tried different types of disks and slower burn speeds. Never had any problems with it until now.

I have the exact same issues but every forum I am trying no one has any answers so far. Did anyone ever found out whats wrong?

I am using my dvd writer in a E-systems pc, I never had any issues while it was running vista. But since I upgraded to a Windows 7 version I can't get any DVDs done anymore.

Very frustrating

Help is much appreciated.
