wav to cd - how do i get gaps between tracks?

Recommended Posts

new to this stuff, started using the burner with a few minor teething problems... liking it, but can't figure out how to get the original gaps on a cd burnt from a wav file.

here is what i did. got my wv file (one big single file with the whole cd in it); foobar2000 player sees individual tracks in it and plays them without probs. now i wanted to make a cd (lossless of course), so i unpacked the vw into wav with wvunpack. picked out the wav file in cdburner xp and burnt it onto a cd, the gaps option was chosen, but it turned out to be a continuos track... what am i missing?

otherwise the cd plays allright, so qute pleased with the program...

thanks in advance for shared wisdom!
