Setting burning speed when copying an audio-disc

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I encountered some problems with my TSSTcorp TS-L632-CD/DVD-drive when burning with full speed (24x) with WinVista. Thanks to CDBurnerXP I now can set the speed manually.

But when using the "Copy audio CD"-function I dont have this possibility. CDBXP burns with availabe max-speed, but, as mentionned above, this discs dont work and cant be played.

Now my question:

Is there a possibility (configuration file or registry setting) that allow to lower the default burning speed, so that CDBXP uses this presetting regardless to the technical possible maximum speed?

Or, as an alternative: Where could I set the burning speed when copying a disc?

I hope anyone could help me. Thanks,
