xixoman Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 As of 4.2.4.1300 this still appears to be an issue. Insert blank DVD, select create data disc and "freezes" begin. It may be worth noting that this used to only occur if I selected my second writer, iHAS422, SATA Liteon. I change out my first writer which was a LG writer with an IDE iHAP422, and now the freeze happens on the first drive as well (default).
floele Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 If it "freezes" once, OK, but it shouldn't do it all the time.

Guest Chris Clemson Report Share Posted April 16, 2009 Hi guys, I seem to be having a similar problem with v4.2.4.1322. Until 2 days ago, I have been using 4.0.022.370 without problems. I am using windows xp with SP3 on an HP nc6320 laptop. The drive is a TSSTcorp CD/DVDw TS-L632D (HP internal) After I click the create data disk button, it seems to pause for several minutes, and then again once I click the burn button. Once I click the burn button, I can hear the drive head move every few minutes, but nothing seems to happen. Is there anything I can do? Thank you, Chris
