A friend with Acer Aspire 5732z the same proplem can remove this by using MSI Installer.

You can get it on download page here

Download latest version (4.3.0.1991)

Size: 4.41 MiB (MD5: FCE4CFC4AF8A32A6043A7613E6DE43A5)

Additional links: Old versions | MSI | EULA

Uninstall the installation from the setup.exe after this install setup.msi you do not... you see error messages.

Regards hope this help you.

confirm "No compatible drives" in v 4.3.0.1991 on WinXP/x64.

Drive is NEC ND-3500AG, found only in 'Data disc' mode.

Works fine with v.976, the latest version i could find on site.

I had the same problem with the drive LG GH41N. After I have installed the program Intel Matrix Storage Manager it works fine, because the drive is compatible.
