Copying an audio cd does not work with XP and 4.2.3.1110, with an unprivileged user, I get an error "devInvalidFieldinCDB" when the copy is written to the blank disk.

In the options, I have the Logfile enabled, where is the logfile written to?

Copying audio cds works on the same system with openSuSE 11.0 and k3b.

System is a fresh Windows XP SP3 with updates, a new drive from LG "HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22NP20".

More details are available on request, per email or via this forum.

Yesterday I tried imgburn, and copying works as privileged user.

Then I tried cdburnerxp as privileged user, and copying worked too.

Another try with the unprivileged user worked as well.

I'm not entirely sure if I ever burned as privileged user (most likely not).

Maybe cdburnerxp has to run as privileged user at least once.

I have the same problem, but only if I select track at once. If I choose disc at once it works fine.

If I select track at once, it might do OK for the first 6 or 7 tracks and then the error occurs.

Any idea why? The same tracks burn OK using Win Media Player

Also, is it normal that the track titles do NOT get burned to the CD?

Thanks for the hint. I got the same problems here trying to burn some linux isos.

While it's no problem for me to use disc at once, it's anoying to loose a dvd for not using it -_-
