[C] 800MB CD's recognized as 700MB

Recommended Posts

Hello,

In Version 4.0.22.370 there is no Problem yet.

But in the newest Version i found the problem (on all Computers, all running WinXP), that if you put in any 800MB CDRom, i cannot burn an iso image that has f.e. 750MB.

Cause it always says that this is just a 700MB CD, which is not true.

Is there any fix, except for staying with the old version?

regards && thx in advance

NDev

I just want to mention that I have the same problem. One 800 MB CD gets recognized as a 700 MB disk, one even as a 88 MB disk.

Just updated to 4.2.004.1322 - same issue.

HELP!

Aaaah ... I forgot ...

I have found the info that the size can be changed manually by right-clicking at the sizestream, but this does not work. I clicked like crazy, no menu comes up.

Thx 4 Ure help,

Joe

Hello!

On the Version 4.2.3.110 you just need to open the session as "data" and then right-click on the black-highlighted frame at the bottom that shows the actual amount of MB. Then a menu opens and you can choose your CD's size.
