Guest SyntaxError

Hi, I recommended CDBurnerXP to a friend, but she is getting the following error:

This refers to the latest version of course. Any idea, what's the cause of this? Unfortunately, I don't know very much about the computer used except that it's a laptop and that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 is installed. But if you need additional information, I'll ask.

I get this same error on an HP laptop with Windows Vista/ It is a Slimtype DVD A DS8A2L-A Drive. I tried running as admin as well with no luck
