open compilation with new files added

My problem is that I have to convince someone to stop using floppys and instead copy to CD (believe it or not!). She clearly has a computer phobia, but has, in some distant past, learnt to use floppys.

I have managed to get her to save the documents that need to be backed up in four folders in My Documents. This is where a new feature would be of use:

The possibility of making a compilation consisting of folders where, when double clicking on the file, it automatically adds all the files from these folders. As it is now the compilation list all the individual files that were saved and don't automatically include new files from the folders.
