How to force UDF 2.50 file system on DVD for PS3 video.

I want to create a DVD+R DL as an AVCHD disc which is the format used by PS3 to play videos. The program MKV2VOB (a free and great program you should check out if you like to convert video into a format the PS3 can play streamed over a network, even in 1080p) says that in order for the PS3 to recognize the disk, the format must be forced to UDF 2.50, or it will be unreadable. I know Nero can do this, but is there a way I can get CDBurnerXP to use this file system? In the help section, it shows that burning a DVD with UDF selected under File System will produce a 1.02 format.
