Is "On The Fly" Disk Copy Possible?

Recommended Posts

Hello, I could not find any recent answer to this in the forum or FAQ.

One of the items listed on the "Features" page http://cdburnerxp.se/en/features is:

"Burn on-the-fly and with buffer-under run protections"

On The Fly does not work for a disk to disk copy using two drives. It still copies to the hard drive first. Am I doing something wrong?

An old reply by Flo said this will never be possible.....so....if that is the case, what task other than disk to disk copy is this feature referring to?

"Burn on-the-fly and with buffer-under run protections"

Thanks and I love everything else about the program!

Yes Flo, I understand that it's not possible.....BUT....

Is there another function other than disk copy that can be done on the fly?

Because it does say in the features list:

"Burn on-the-fly and with buffer-under run protections"

What is this statement referring to if not disk copy?

Thanks,

Gene

The other burning features are "on the fly". Well, currently, the audio part isn't anymore, but it is supposed to be, at least in the future again.

I currently use Roxio for "on the fly" copying. The program has a number of annoying features (which is why I thought I would try CDBurnerXP), but on the fly copy works fine.

Do I understand that this is currently broken/missing? Is this temporary??

thanks,

.
