4.2.4 to 4.2.7 - can't burn audio cd

Recommended Posts

Hi Flo,

I tried it on 3 coasters until I have up on 4.2.7 with Starburn. It would either give a Starburn failure, or if I changed it to "no pause between tracks" it would burn the audio track index/table (not sure the correct terms) on the disc, it wouldn't write the actual data when it would give up on a Starburn fail. I reinstalled 4.2.4 and it worked fine. For some reason when I tried to download your 4.3 beta, I get a 404, or I would have tried it.

I am running Windows XP on a Mac with bootcamp. The drive reports as HL-DT-ST DVDRW GS21N in CDBurnerXP.

In 4.2.4 a gapless disc would also fail. This drive seems to have trouble in this area.

If you would like any other information, just let me know.

One feature I would recommend is a way to Undo a track sort. Several times I accidentally hit "Title" and moved about 50 tracks and had to reorganize. I was getting annoyed with my clumbsiness for hitting it so many times and wished each time there was an Undo for it.

Thanks for a superb product.

Jesario

Sorry I can only get 1893 from Download.com my proxy or something is blocking everything else. If you want, you can email me a higher version so I can get the debug log. When I got the error, I checked the box to send you the log, so maybe you have it. Here is also a screenshot of the error message:
