bugfix Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 Using the Samsung/ TSST SH-S223C DVD-Writer (firmware SB04) with a Verbatim DVD-R (16x) on Win 7 Home Premium 32Bit I can only select 20x speed for burning. I would like to be able to select lower speeds also for better burning results (f.e. 8x). I tried burning with 20x but one file was not readable on the disc after burning. I tried with CDBurnerXP v 4.3.7.2307.
Guest Araldo Report Share Posted September 18, 2010 Same here, with same SATA drive Samsung (Tsscorp) SH-S223C (latest firmware) I cannot select the speed, there always only the highest possible in the list. With a Verbatim DVD+R DL 8x media it offers only 10x speed. Tried with ImgBurn on the same machine, speed could be set properly.
