Can't burn ISO and other image-files!

Recommended Posts

Hi,

When I try to burn ISO or other image files (img, ...) I get always the same error message. It doesn't matter what speed I use or if I use new or deleted RW-discs. But when I mount the ISO and burn the files from there, I have no problems.

WIN32 error:

CStarBurn_StarWaveFile::CStarBurn_StarWaveFile(): StarWave_CompressedFileReaderObjectCreate( 0x046D45D0, 'C:\Users\...\some iso name.iso' ) failed, status -1072889818!!!

I already burned ISO in this environment.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit

_NEC DVD-RW ND-6759A

CDBurnerXP 4.3.7.2356

Verbatim 4x DVD-RW

Who can help, please!

OK, thanks. Can you also post a screenshot of the window just before you start the burning process? I'm a bit confused because of the log file contents.

Hi,

I deleted the old log and made a new one, maybe you can find the thing you're looking for.

And a Screenshot of the ISO burning options.

Yep, this is probably going to me fixed soon.

For now, the problem seems to be a too long file name. Either shorten it, or put it into a directory with a shorter name.
