no compatable CDR drive supported

I have a Iomega CD-RW CDDDV523216E23-B USB deivce, that is not compatible (XP). Any ideas on how I can get it working? :cry:

You don't know? Err, well, then I guess you don't have one. If one of your rives is a burner, you can read something like "compact disc rewriteable" or "40x16x10" (just example values, only important is that there are 3)...or DVD rewriteable.

seriously thought that sticky is not helping people, I tryed everything that stickie ask for and it still wont work the first time I burned a music cd it work but now everytime I open it up it saids there are no compatible cd drive reported so really that stickie is just useless
