No compatible drives is listed in cdburnerxp.

cdburnerxp version 4.3.8.2568, just downloaded 7/21/11.

I've tried the following with no luck:

neroburnrights, updating firmware to SB03, deleting and reinstalling in device manager.

running windows 7 ultimate, 64-bit, I have AHCI enabled on all my sata ports.

Motherboard is ASUS P6-X58D-e.

Optical drive listed in windows is TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223Q currently running SB03 from samsungodd website.

Imgburn does recognize the drive and burn successfully, even when firmware on the drive was SB00.

after reading some posts here, decided to update the intel AHCI drivers,

I downloaded from intel just now and installed iata_enu_10.6.0.1022.exe

needed two reboots after after the first it reinstalled my WD sata-III 6gps hard drive and said reboot again, so I did.

Fired up cdburnerxp and behold the drive shows up, but just as I started typing this windows says cdburnerxp stopped working :(

below is the info.

Fired it up again and burned 4 files totaling 12 MB, it worked !
