Cannot detect device

Recommended Posts

I have a much faster laptop now and tried to burn video files to a DVD, something I've done with ease for years, but I got the following error.

install a burning device and restart cdburnerxp to burn a disc

HP G56 Notebook

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

hp cddvdw ts-l633n sata cdrom device

I checked out the troubleshooting page http://cdburnerxp.se/help/appendices/troubleshooting and downloaded several fixes but each said my computer didn't meet the requirements even though I selected Windows 7, 64 bit. I tried Intel Matrix Storage Manager and Intel Rapid Storage Technology. This thread didn't help either. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=8402&start=15

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
