[C] Drag&drop of .m3u file does not work anymore (if it contains UNC-paths) with

Recommended Posts

I don't know with which build it started, but recently it does not work anymore to drag&drop a .m3u file into CDBurnerXP anymore.

I usually use this method to drag&drop my playlist into CDBurnerXP to create a MP3 CD for my car.

When I drag&drop the .m3u file into CDBurnerXP, it still asks me whether I want to add the files contained in the playlist instead, but when I choose "Yes", nothing happens, no file is added.

My feeling is that it is because I use UNC paths to my MP3s in the .m3u file, e.g. with the following simple .m3u file you should be able to reproduce the issue:

test.m3u (make sure that the sample MP3 exists):

## sample UNC path

\\ts\MEDIA\Musik\Sample Artists\01 - Sample Song.mp3

.m3u-files without UNC paths work correctly.

Hope you can resolve the issue
