tomte Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 Burning Audio CDs no longer possible. Some weeks ago CDBurnerXP had worked fine, I burned some music tracks from original CDs onto a CD for having a party. When I started CDBurnerXP at that time, a start menu had been shown as described in http://www.computerbild.de/fotos/CDBurnerXP-So-brennen-Sie-CDs-mit-der-Gratis-Software-4996684.html This morning (2013-03-30) i have been asked twice to upgrade, once to 5.0.x and once to 5.1.x, i agreed. Today the well known start menu disapears within miliseconds. It looks like someone paints thick blue bars over the start menu before it finally disappears. Everything very fast. Today CDBurnerXP copies the *.cda files only, having 44 byte each - a little bit short for being music ... Any idea how to get back the start menu? Re-install an older version? On the other hand: Also the Windows Explorer shows the *.cda files only (44 byte -> 1kb each). I do not know if there has been a change since some weeks ago. Thank You in advance for any hints tomte
